Parents’ Consultation Evening is an important opportunity for parents and carers to meet with their child’s subject teachers and discuss progress, learning habits and next steps.

Each appointment is a short, face-to-face consultation (approximately 5 minutes), designed to give you a clear overview of how your child is getting on in each subject.

• Thursday 9th October - Years 12 & 13
• Thursday 4th December 2025 - Year 11
• Thursday 22nd January 2026 - Year 7
• Thursday 26th February 2026 - Year 9 (inc Pathways evening)
• Thursday 12th March - Year 11 & 13 (Mock exam reviews)
• Thursday 23rd April 2026 - Year 10
• Thursday 11th June - Years 8 & 12 

What to Expect

During Parents’ Evening, you will have the opportunity to:

• Meet your child’s subject teachers in person
• Discuss your child’s learning habits and engagement in lessons
• Review progress and attainment in each subject
• Talk about strengths and areas for development
• Receive advice on how your child can improve and make further progress
• Ask questions or raise any concerns you may have

These conversations help strengthen communication between home and school and support your child’s learning.

Booking Appointments 

All Parents’ Evening appointments are booked online using SchoolCloud, our easy-to-use appointment booking system.

SchoolCloud allows you to:

• Choose your own appointment times
• Book appointments with each of your child’s teachers
• Receive an email confirmation of your bookings
• Amend or cancel appointments if needed

How to Book

Appointments can be booked during the booking window for your child’s Parents’ Evening. Booking windows for each Parents’ Evening will be shared with families closer to the event.

To book:

1. Visit: https://woodrush.schoolcloud.co.uk/

2. Log in using:

   • Your details: title, first name, surname and email address

   • Student details: first name, surname and date of birth

3. Select available appointment times with your child’s teachers

4. Confirm your bookings
