Fitness Friendlies are the perfect classes for those looking for lower impact exercise and a great community to be a part of. Each class focuses on effective exercise, fun and a community feel, with complimentary refreshments in the cafe after!

ALL ROUND FITNESS

Low impact aerobic routines combined with stretches and toning actions, to give an all-over workout.

CHAIR BASED EXERCISE

Work, stretch and tone your arms, back, stomach and legs without placing pressure on the joints,

LINE DANCING

Low impact choreographed dance involving repeated sequences of steps, coordination of arms and legs, mixed with fun formation variations.

ACTIVE REST AND RECOVERY

Relax and unwind with gentle stretch, holds and toning movements to calming music, with breathing techniques.
