Les Mills Fitness Classes

Our Les Mills classes offer a range of classes made to challenge you, strengthen you and improve overall fitness. Each class provides a different style of exercise so there is lots of variety and fun to be had! With a great sense of team-spirit, these are the classes to get you motivated!

BODY BALANCE combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into one unique workout! An increased emphasis is on controlled breathing and concentration as you carry out a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses designed to build flexibility and strength. This class takes a holistic approach to fitness that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy interval training class that will get heart, legs, arms and everything else pumping! This sports-inspired cardio workout is ideal for building both strength and stamina with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will lead you through the workout – challenging your limits and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BODYPUMP is an original barbell class that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to challenge and strengthen your entire body. This fitness class uses the best barbell exercises like presses, squats and curls to give you a total body workout. A great choice of music and our dynamic fully qualified LES MILLS instructors will motivate and inspire you to achieve the results you’ve been looking for!

BODYSTEP is a simple yet effective workout which combines basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. A fully qualified LES MILLS instructor will guide you through this choreography themed workout designed to help you increase agility, strength, posture and co-ordination as well as burning body fat!


LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
