Rush Instructors offer a variety of classes designed specifically by each instructor. With the use of great music and clear instructions to help you through the class, each class promises to work you, challenge you and give you a great workout in a fun and lively environment.
Something for everyone – from beginner to advanced. You are in charge of the intensity of your workout. We will take you through climbing hills, sprints, flat-runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire you. This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come along for a fantastic bike ride with us! (Spin & Weights is a class that alternates from the bike onto the floor with weights exercises to help tone and strengthen.)
A class that offers a little bit of everything with cardio routines, body-weight exercises and weights. Interval training is at the core of this class, challenging your body to work hard, build muscle and sweat. No two weeks are ever the same!
A popular class combining both weights and aerobic stations. You do not need to be co-ordinated to come into a circuits class and again you can work to your own level. Circuits is a fun class where you will move from one station to another when the instructor shouts “time” . You may be at one station for 30 seconds to a minute…. Or maybe even a little longer! If you want fast results combing both aerobics and weights this one is a must for you.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
This class will burn calories and get you moving around as you tone those legs, bums and tums! A real cardio blast with repeated exercises to burn muscles, toe & strengthen. A fun and lively class!
Drive into those larger muscle groups as you learn technique for lifting weights. Whether you are new to weights or a seasoned pro, this is a great class for developing strength and burning calories.
Lengthening and strengthening exercises aimed at all levels of ability. Restorative moves to help with aches and pains, and a great core and back strengthener!
Start your weekend with bang! Taking place in our studio, or outdoors in the nicer weather, this is a class full of variety, energy and fun. A combination of cardio and weight work, this class will help improve your cardio-fitness, strength and agility.
This class is a weight's based class, focusing on technique and lifting a little heavier. With only ever a maximum of 8 reps per move, you are encouraged to load the bar up and challenge your strength. Designed to help you see results quickly as you feel stronger and look leaner.
