There's so much on offer at Woodrush Hub Youth & Community Centre. With something fun for everyone, please see below and click on the tabs to the right for more information....

Monday

 
Our senior night is designed for young people who attend Woodrush High School and/or live in Wythall for those who are in years 9+
 
Our centre is open from 7pm till 9pm which is free to all members. During the two hours you are able to come and go from the centre as you wish.
 
It is a warm and friendly place to socialise with your friends outside of school
 
At Woodrush Youth and Community Centre we have;
  • an outdoors games area
  • game consoles
  • pool tables
  • table tennis
  • a computer room which can be used for work or to have fun
In addition to this, there will be numerous opportunities to be involved in arts and crafts, cooking, games and workshops.
 
We also have a tuck shop that serves snacks and drinks ran by the Youth Team. (Additional money will be needed for the tuck shop)
 
The staff and senior members always have a listening ear for you to share experiences and if you need any guidance in your transition to adulthood we would like to support you in any way we can.
 
 

Tuesday

Our junior night is designed for young people who attend Woodrush High School and/or live in Wythall for those who are in years 7&8

Our centre is open from 6.30pm till 8.30pm that costs you £1 – First week free for new members.

It is a warm, friendly place to socialise with your friends outside of school.

At Woodrush Youth and Community Centre we have;
-an outdoor games area
-game consoles
-pool tables
-a table tennis table
-a computer room which can be used for work or to have fun

From 7pm-8pm, you will also get the chance to go to the Sports Hall to participate in sports. This will be included in your £1 entry fee. In addition to this, there will be numerous opportunities to be involved in arts and crafts, cooking, games and workshops.

We also a tuck shop that serves toast, cheese toasties, chocolate, soft drinks and lots more all completely ran by the Youth Team. (Additional money will be needed for the tuck shop)

The staff and senior members always have a listening ear for you to share experiences so come along and try a new experience!

Thursday

A Thursday night gives us the chance to plan new and exciting things for a Monday, Tuesday and for any projects.
Youth Team
Also, it allows the Youth Team to have meetings to plan new and exciting things 
Youth Committee once every two months
Management Team once every month
 
Career Guidance Night
 
Do you know what you want to do when you leave school?
Let us help you
You will learn how to write a CV, personal statement, an application form, interview and other work skills.
The time will be between 7pm-9pm but may vary 
By appointment only!
